Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

1. Deposits

1.1. Deposit Requirement:

  • 1.1.1. Customers are required to make an initial deposit to cover the account opening fee at the time of creating an account with Ampere, and customers are required to pay monthly account maintenance fees to be able to access the account.
  • 1.1.2. The initial deposit amount will be communicated during the account setup process and must be completed to activate the account and in the pricelist, all fees are communicated in the pricelist.

1.2. Deposit Payment Method:
Deposits can be paid using credit card, debit card, electronic funds transfer or any other method technically available at the account opening screen.

1.3. Deposit Payment Instructions:
To make a deposit, please follow these steps:

  • 1.3.1. Log in to your account with AMPERE at https://ampere.co.uk/intro.
  • 1.3.2. Navigate to the "Last Step To Set-up Your Account" section and select "Pay By Debit Card".
  • 1.3.3. Check the deposit amount as indicated for the account opening fee and press "Proceed".
  • 1.3.4. Follow the prompts to complete the payment.
  • 1.3.5. Once the payment is successfully processed your account with AMPERE will be automatically activated within just a few minutes.

1.4. Monthly Account Maintenance Fee:

  • 1.4.1. A monthly account maintenance fee will be automatically deducted from your account balance.
  • 1.4.2. The monthly fee amount will be communicated during the account setup and in the account terms and conditions.

1.5. Insufficient Funds:

  • 1.5.1. If there are insufficient funds in your account to cover the monthly maintenance fee, you will be notified via email.
  • 1.5.2. You must deposit additional funds to your account to avoid service interruptions. Follow the deposit payment instructions to add funds.

2. Withdrawals

2.1. Withdrawal of Funds:
All fees due and payable to Ampere are non-refundable.

3. Prices and Fees

3.1. Account Opening Fee:
A one-time account opening fee is required at the time of account creation. This fee is non-refundable.

3.2. Monthly Account Maintenance Fee:
A recurring monthly account maintenance fee will be charged. This fee will be automatically deducted from your account balance each month depending on when your account was activated. If there are no funds in your account, Ampere will deduct this fee from your card that you used to pay the account opening fee.

3.3. Other Fees:
Additional fees may apply for certain transactions and services, such as international transactions, or other special services. Detailed pricing information is provided in the account terms and conditions and on our website at https://ampere.co.uk/fees. If there are no funds in your account, Ampere will deduct these fees from your card that you used to pay the account opening fee.

4. General Terms

4.1. Communication
All communications regarding deposits and withdrawals should be directed to Ampere’s customer service department using designated contact channels:

4.2. Amendment of Policy:
Ampere reserves the right to amend this deposit and withdrawal policy at any time. Updated policies will be communicated to customers through email, website notifications, or other appropriate channels.

4.3. Governing Law:
This deposit and withdrawal policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
