Opening for the Seed 1 investment round

We have some exciting news to share with you! Ampere is thrilled to announce the opening of our Seed 1 round for investment. After successfully closing our Pre-Seed round in October 2022, we welcome all interested parties to review our offer and join us on our journey.

Our innovative technology and one-stop financial service for businesses have generated high demand from our initial customers. With seed round funding, we aim to expand our team, build new features, and increase our marketing efforts to scale our business further.

We are proud to share that, as of today, our existing investors have already secured part of our seed round. Ampere understands that networking is key to our success, and we have dedicated our time to building and nurturing relationships with key players in the industry. Therefore we have been busy in meetings with investors and negotiating potential partnerships. However, attractive allocations are still available for those who wish to join us and be a part of our growth story.

We are also proud to share our achievements as of March 2023. Ampere has acquired 500 business customers and signed and kicked off the integration with Currency Cloud.

Looking forward, some exciting goals for April are coming, including initiating our seed funding round, submitting the application for FCA Licence, improving our advanced KYC process to streamline further and facilitate customer onboarding, and beginning development for EU onboarding.

Ampere’s 2023 roadmap is ambitious. We aim to expand to the entire EEA market, obtain an EU EMI licence, apply for an FCA EMI licence, offer 33+ currency exchanges, and reach 5,000+ business customers.

As we work towards securing the funding, we remain focused on delivering the best possible service to the customers. We appreciate your support, and together, we can revolutionise how businesses manage their finances.
