Regina Laush

Only a few days ago, our Ampere team welcomed Regina Laush, Head of Card Operations, with 10 years of experience in finance, specialising in fintech and regtech.

During her career, Regina held various positions such as CFO, Finance product owner and Head of Treasury, leading a Treasury division, overseeing the back office, reporting, and development teams. As Regina described, she has collaborated with cross-functional teams throughout her career to drive strategic initiatives, manage risk, and optimise financial performance. Therefore, successfully managed relationships with banks, payment systems, and other service providers with solid communication skills.

Regina, where did your experience lead you?

Speaking of my journey, it has led me down a rewarding path within the finance industry, eventually landing me in the thrilling world of fintech. Throughout my career, I have acquired a deep understanding of financial operations, risk management, regulatory compliance, and team leadership. This diverse experience has prepared me to take on challenging roles, which provided me with valuable experience.

What is your most significant success?

While I've had various projects and achievements throughout my career, I attribute them all to one thing: an exceptional team. We achieved outstanding results by cultivating a positive workplace culture and maintaining a strong sense of unity. Having a team of talented individuals and bringing them together to leverage their skills in delivering tangible outcomes is what defines success for me.

What are your roles and responsibilities will look like at Ampere?

As Head of Card Operations at Ampere, my responsibilities will include spearheading the launch of bank cards and overseeing the management of card payment acquiring. I will leverage my expertise to ensure smooth operations, regulatory compliance, and optimal customer experiences. I will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives, manage risk, and optimise financial performance.

What do you expect from work in Ampere, and how does it come true?

I am honoured to be a part of the brilliant team at Ampere, composed of talented and experienced individuals.
